Restaurants may add a delivery fee. This is a separate customer fee, not a food-price markup. Olo states menu prices match the restaurant's. How we calculate this
Restaurant figures apply the shown percentage to food only, rounded to the cent. Customer figures appear only where a platform publishes a fixed percentage; where fees depend on location, order size, plan or membership, the row says "Varies at checkout"; where a fee exists but its rate is not published, or the amount is unresolved, it says "Amount not confirmed." Neither is ever shown as $0. Published national reference rates are kept separate from New York City terms, which appear in the fee details where they apply.
We have not added separate delivery, processing, advertising, tax or tip amounts. Some plans include services within their published fee, and monthly software charges are kept separate from order-level charges. We do not show complete customer totals or restaurant payouts, because those depend on charges this page does not model.
Published restaurant rates were last checked October 17, 2026 unless a row says otherwise. HappyBoards-reported terms are dated October 19, 2026 and are one restaurant's experience, not public rate cards. A platform fee is not platform profit, since it can fund delivery, payments, support and acquisition. We do not claim identical services or the lowest final checkout total.
